The National Parking Association Convention & Expo 2021 wrapped up last week, and after far too long staying connected remotely, we enjoyed seeing parking industry friends and colleagues in person! It was also a great opportunity to meet new members in the industry who stopped by our booth to to learn how Zephire's monthly parking management can bring value to their organization.
Our live demos showcased how Zephire adds efficiency through PARCS integration, as well as offers the ability to give users the tools to drive their monthly parking experience through our Administrator and customer portals. We had a great time highlighting the functionality of Zephire and discussing how our system can fit your unique parking needs.
The themes we picked up on at the show revolved around contactless parking experiences and all of the technologies including Zephire that enable this, workforce diversity, and guidance on how to best prepare for the post pandemic world. Hearing speakers discuss their perspectives on parking and its future provided a fresh insight into the state of the industry.
In particular, we enjoyed the COVID and the Consumer: Where Parking Goes Next Session; several panel discussions with industry leaders who shared their perspectives on a range of topics; and the Municipal Operators Coffee Talk. We appreciated the many opportunities to connect with fellow parking industry members and their organizations.
